Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist - Telehealth with an unrestricted license in Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions while managing a diverse caseload
• Assign digital lessons and monitor client outcomes between sessions
• Participate in clinical consultation meetings and peer-based quality assurance reviews

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license with no disciplinary actions
• Experience with evidence-based treatments and clinical best practices
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises
• Familiarity with telehealth services and computer literacy for video tools
