Temporary RCM Benefits Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Collector / Benefits Eligibility & Authorization Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely collection of payments
• Follow up with clients via phone, email, and online portals
• Verify insurance eligibility and assist with eligibility system setup

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in medical collections, billing, or revenue cycle management (preferred)
• Familiarity with Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), Remittance Advices (RAs), and insurance verification processes
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations
