Telehealth Specimen Collector

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specimen Collector - Telehealth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for patient urine and/or oral fluid specimens
• Instruct patients on proper sample packaging for shipping
• Record patient information and resolve specimen concerns

Required Qualifications and Education

• 6+ months of experience as a specimen collector or 1+ years in the medical field
• 2+ years of customer service experience may substitute for medical experience
• Valid driver's license required
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Familiarity with medical insurance/billing and medications is a plus
