Technology Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Procurement Specialist to lead negotiations and manage the sourcing process for technology-related services and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute negotiation strategies while advising internal customers on alignment and process
  • Lead competitive bidding events and negotiate commercial terms with technology suppliers
  • Act as a subject matter expert and partner with internal teams to resolve disputes and achieve savings targets
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in technology sourcing and supplier negotiations
  • Knowledge of business principles including commercial contracting and technology licensing
  • Ability to draft custom contract language and interpret complex contracts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for document management and analysis
