Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer (Secret Clearance).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance IT service engagement and user adoption
• Create, edit, and manage various technical documentation, including user manuals and SOPs
• Collaborate with teams to gather technical input and ensure documentation compliance with standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in strategic communications or technical writing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Content Management Systems
• Experience using data analytics to improve communication strategies
• Familiarity with federal agencies or government contract environments is a plus
