Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to gather information and understand technical concepts
• Write and edit technical documentation, including user manuals and installation guides
• Organize and structure content for clarity and accessibility for end-users

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in technical writing or related fields
• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively
• Commitment to work 20-30 hours per week on a 6-month contract
• Experience in teamwork settings, such as class projects or hackathons, is a plus
