Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Team Lead to provide guidance and support to service technicians while driving customer service and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for technician inquiries and issues
• Monitor communication channels to ensure technicians receive necessary guidance
• Manage high-priority escalations and ensure effective communication with customers and management

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of PC hardware installation, repair, testing, and troubleshooting
• Experience with scripting in a Windows environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office applications
• 1-2 years of leadership and training experience in an IT environment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred
