Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide phone, email, and chat-based technical support to customers in a fast-paced environment
• Develop solutions to improve customer satisfaction and create lifelong promoters of the brand
• Assist customers with billing, invoice, and account issues while striving for first contact resolution

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented role, preferably in technical support
• Strong aptitude for web, eCommerce, and hosting technologies
• Ability to utilize self-service resources to find solutions effectively
• Basic understanding of web languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.) is preferred
• Willingness to work various schedules, including evenings and weekends
