Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for escalated technical issues, collaborating with customers and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve them
  • Triage, prioritize, and communicate issues to engineering and key stakeholders while maintaining strong relationships with engineering teams
  • Support strategic customers, lead conference calls, and participate in an on-call rotation for high-priority incidents
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing support or service role
  • 2+ years in a technical support role
  • Strong understanding of SSO configuration, setup, and troubleshooting
  • Solid knowledge of APIs and familiarity with networking protocols and concepts
