Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide L1, L1.5 & L2 technical support for Core Banking functions, merchant, and Biller management
  • Undergo knowledge transfer and shadow support for the first three months, transitioning to primary support by the fourth month
  • Handle issues outside of regular working hours to ensure continuity of critical support
Required Qualifications
  • Entry-level position with 3 to 7 years of experience preferred
  • Domain knowledge in Core Banking, Merchant, and Billing systems
  • Basic knowledge of Java and SQL is preferred
  • Flexibility to work on a contractual or permanent basis
  • No specific educational qualifications required
