Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support for IT service requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to various IT systems and applications
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including account creation and equipment provisioning
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or Azure Fundamentals are a plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and endpoint management platforms
  • Basic understanding of networking principles (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP)
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
