Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Services Engineer II to assist customers in implementing software solutions and interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing software solutions and conducting system rollouts
• Configure systems, conduct testing, and document business processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or associate's degree/certification with equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Experience in integrating third-party software, including APIs and middleware tools
• Advanced experience in scripting/coding, including API, SQL, JSON, HTML, and XML
• Technical proficiency in operating systems (Windows & Linux) and RDBMS, including MS SQL
