Technical Revenue Accounting Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leader of Technical Revenue Accounting Function.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical accounting expertise under ASC 606 and partner with various departments on revenue accounting guidance
• Review revenue contracts and prepare technical accounting memos for compliance under ASC 606
• Develop and enhance processes and controls around revenue-related financial metrics, including AI-driven solutions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership level accounting, controls, and financial reporting experience in a complex, global company
• Specialized experience in revenue accounting and a deep understanding of ASC 606
• Experience in a global business environment with revenues ideally over $500 million
• Track record of successfully leading, hiring, developing, and motivating teams
• An undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; a CPA or global equivalent is required
