Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Technical Program Management to lead cross-functional engineering initiatives across its SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Technical Program Management function to support key product and platform initiatives
• Drive end-to-end execution of high-priority cross-functional programs, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment
• Coach and mentor a team of TPMs, raising the bar on program leadership and execution rigor

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with 3+ years leading TPM teams in high-growth SaaS environments
• Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional software programs, ideally in platform engineering or enterprise SaaS
• Strong technical fluency to partner credibly with engineers on architecture and infrastructure
• Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and adapting processes for scale
• Exceptional organizational skills and executive-ready demeanor
