Technical Product Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Product Specialist to enhance user experience by resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical issue triage and collaborate with engineers to resolve urgent tickets
  • Write actionable bug reports to expedite engineering resolution for member-reported issues
  • Test pre-release features and escalate any launch-blocking problems
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years in a technical support or product specialist role, preferably with MacOS experience
  • Strong understanding of software development processes; coding/scripting experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to triage and resolve technical issues in collaboration with engineering and support teams
  • Experience analyzing system logs and performance metrics to identify and resolve issues
  • Ability to work in a startup environment with quick product validation cycles
