Technical Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Technical Operations to oversee a team of engineers and architects in network and firewall administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to meet project deliverables
• Monitor team processes and make necessary changes to meet customer demands
• Interact with customers for deployments and serve as a point of escalation for issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 10 years of experience in design, installation, and support of enterprise systems
• Experience managing and leading technical teams (Tier II/III)
• Hands-on experience with Firewall/WAF/Zero Trust technologies
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education
• Preferred certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, AWS)
