• Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of LLM data projects, from initial scoping to project execution and delivery
• Oversee project milestones, ensuring timelines and quality targets are met while mitigating delivery risks
• Build, mentor, and lead operations teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience managing complex operations projects in client-facing roles
• Experience managing and building teams
• Strong understanding of large language models and AI technologies
• Knowledge of the Gen AI landscape, data collection methodologies, and trends
• Coding experience in one or more languages is desirable
