Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Technical Content Lead on breakout sessions and workshops
• Manage logistical production details and act as the primary contact with suppliers
• Develop and deliver a comprehensive budget plan for events, ensuring alignment with fiscal policies

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in project management in technical, events, or learning-focused environments
• PMP or PMI certification
• Proven ability to manage budgets and multi-location event logistics
• Experience in vendor management and budget planning
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
