Technical Lead/Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead/Director to provide strategic direction and leadership to a technology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for clients, leading discussions and translating business requirements into technology solutions
• Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality code delivery and adherence to timelines
• Guide backend architecture decisions and implement development processes to optimize productivity and quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of software development experience, including front-end development with React
• 4+ years in a leadership role managing technical teams of 10-15 members
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and backend technologies such as Node.js or Java
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and tools like Jira and Git
