Technical Lead (Python)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead (Python / FastAPI | AI Agents | Geo-Spatial Data).

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and operate FastAPI services, ensuring reliability and performance
• Design Postgres schemas and lead migrations from NoSQL databases
• Develop internal AI agents for project estimation and site layout generation

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building production backends; 5+ years with API frameworks
• Deep expertise in SQL, particularly with Postgres and PostGIS
• Experience migrating live NoSQL data into relational schemas
• Hands-on experience with LLM stacks and designing secure APIs
• Familiarity with Docker, CI tools, and major cloud providers
