Technical Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Enablement Specialist to support dental practices through onboarding and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support technical setup processes, including Practice Management Software integrations
• Onboard new customers by guiding them through the implementation journey tailored to their unique needs
• Design and lead virtual training sessions for dental teams to enhance knowledge retention and patient journey

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS onboarding or customer success
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, with Salesforce preferred
• Strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems and Windows Server Editions
• Experience in technical support or IT helpdesk environments is a plus
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like Google Sheets or Excel
