Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production issues and guide project scope using expertise in energy industry billing processes and B2B exchanges
• Craft detailed user stories in Jira or Azure DevOps, translating complex business requirements into actionable tasks
• Conduct thorough analysis, including use case modeling and process mapping, to understand stakeholder needs and identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps and basic knowledge of SQL query development
• Demonstrated success in remote team working models
