Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their Platform Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage post-sale client communication and day-to-day account oversight for Self-Service clients
• Develop expert knowledge of the marketing platform and provide training to clients for campaign success
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and share client feedback for platform improvements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Campaign Management, Account Management, or Customer Success in Ad Tech or Digital Media
• Strong knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem and technical market standards
• Prior programmatic trading experience within an agency or third-party trade desk
• Experience managing multiple projects and accounts effectively
• Ability to mentor junior team members
