• 15+ years of progressive experience with demonstrated success/knowledge
• 5+ years of specialized experience in the manufacturing industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Deep understanding of manufacturing industry and related software products
• Ability to prioritize and perform effectively under pressure
