Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive product adoption and advocacy
• Provide GRC expertise and technical advice to optimize Risk Cloud applications for customers
• Manage customer health, track engagement, and conduct training for users on the Risk Cloud platform

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in GRC or Risk Advisory
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and risk management frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and ISO27001
• Experience in supporting sales and business development efforts
• Strong understanding of SaaS applications and the Risk Cloud platform
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
