Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Developer Lead to support modernization initiatives for the Veterans Health Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and AI tools
• Lead and mentor the development team while ensuring strategic alignment and quality execution
• Develop intelligent workflows for issue triage and enhance data governance and reporting capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in application development with low-code/no-code tools
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools and AI/NLP applications
• Familiarity with Agile development frameworks and experience with version control tools
