Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Operations Specialist to support the HCM Tax Department in achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Import client tax liability from payroll platforms and ensure timely and accurate filing and payment of payroll taxes
• Prepare and file quarter and annual tax returns, including amended returns, while maintaining client ID numbers and rates
• Run payroll tax reports, verify accuracy for governmental agencies, and identify discrepancies to recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Must be extremely organized and able to meet critical deadlines
• Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Word
• Ability to work well under pressure while consistently meeting time-sensitive deadlines
