Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Director to oversee tax compliance and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage third-party tax providers for the preparation and review of tax returns
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of consolidated federal, state, and local income tax returns
• Develop and implement strategic tax planning for international, federal, and state taxes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; Master's preferred
• 12+ years of experience in a corporate tax manager or public accountant role
• Current CPA (or equivalent) license preferred
• Extensive knowledge of US federal and state corporate tax regulations
• Understanding of international taxes and US GAAP (ASC 740) income tax provision
