Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical issues for users and maintain technical documentation
• Assist in release planning and support the development of test and production environments
• Administer and monitor software integrations and manage application servers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical skills or job experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems support
• Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Proficiency in command line interface, scripting, and process automation
• Experience with common database technologies such as SQL Database/Server
