Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineering Operations Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize key SE processes including design reviews, order preparation, installation readiness, and POC tracking
• Develop and manage programs for partnering with VARs and service providers to ensure successful customer outcomes
• Drive streamlining and automation of repetitive tasks using new or existing tools

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Program Management, SE Operations, or Sales/Revenue Operations
• Experience with professional services or post-sales delivery in the information technology industry
• Experience in the technology or data management industry
• Familiarity with technical presales processes and deliverables
• Strong program/project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
