SVP Correspondent Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SVP of Correspondent Operations & Fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize correspondent operations and fulfillment processes
• Lead and manage a team responsible for handling Correspondent loans
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing operations and fulfillment activities

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building and leading Correspondent Operation Teams
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role overseeing Correspondent Operations and Fulfillment functions
• Must have NonQM underwriting and product knowledge
• Solid understanding of Capital Markets and Servicing as it relates to buying flow business
• Knowledge and experience in working with vendors to include TPR diligence and fulfillment
