Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platinum Support Specialist I who will act as a Subject Matter Expert and client relationship manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a portfolio of clients by delivering customized experiences and managing the entire support relationship
  • Identify and resolve process, training, or product gaps while coordinating with internal teams
  • Document technical information and manage real-time solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of support or account management experience in the multi-family software industry
  • Proficiency in at least three RealPage products
  • Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment or a related bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable Customer Relationship Management systems
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office products
