Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist to assist in data collection for market and opinion research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with quality control for telephone and online surveys
  • Oversee vendor performance and monitor telephone interviews
  • Program and proofread online survey questionnaires using Qualtrics/Alchemer
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training
  • High level of attention to detail and deadline-driven
  • Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and database management tools
  • Interest in public policy, politics, campaigns, or non-profit advocacy
  • R Programming Language or survey platform experience is a plus
