Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to computer system users remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems
  • Install software or perform hardware testing remotely as needed
  • Maintain records of daily data communication transactions and remedial actions taken
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of related work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Customer Service in Technology
  • 4+ years of experience with Azure or M365 skillset (highly preferred)
  • 4+ years of technical competence with Microsoft BackOffice Technologies
  • Associate's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent training
