Supply Chain Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, DTC Supply Chain Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own forecasting, purchasing, and inventory strategy to ensure products are in stock and purchased at optimal cost
• Oversee fulfillment operations and 3PL performance, ensuring timely delivery and cost control
• Monitor and report on key operational metrics, including inventory health and fulfillment costs

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in operations, supply chain, fulfillment, or purchasing roles in a DTC or eCommerce environment
• Proven track record of managing 3PLs and optimizing fulfillment processes
• Experience supporting marketing and customer experience functions in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and modeling costs
• Project management experience preferred, especially with vendor timelines and system rollouts
