Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Chain Operations New Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound or inbound customer communications via various methods
• Advise customers and follow detailed instructions as outlined in company documents
• Update program databases accurately and manage challenging customer situations

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in customer service
• Reliable internet with a minimum speed requirement of 20MBPS download, 5MBPS upload
• Ability to work a schedule including nights and weekends
• Familiarity with databases and Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to use a computer efficiently and troubleshoot basic issues
