Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with students to facilitate their academic progression through meaningful interactions
• Manage inbound and outbound student calls while completing assigned work items
• Create action plans to resolve student concerns and support their long-term success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed prior to applying
• Must reside in one of the specified states (AZ, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY)
• Experience with CRMs and Microsoft applications
• General knowledge of the higher education industry and various fields of study
• Strong analytical skills to assess and evaluate student needs
