A company is looking for a Student Finance Advisor I who will provide exceptional service to students regarding financial aid and payment options.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise students on program costs and financing options, including federal aid and military benefits
• Provide proactive customer service to collect necessary documentation for securing financial aid and payment arrangements
• Follow up with students regarding delinquent accounts and ensure they have a financial plan to cover costs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college required
• At least one year of experience in federal financial aid, student accounts, or military benefits
• Preferred experience in a higher education environment
