Key Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment measures through phone, email, and SMS to enroll students while meeting response timelines and quality guidelines
• Provide a high-touch experience for students, aligning their educational goals with company objectives
• Utilize technology platforms to manage student and partner relationships and resolve student concerns effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, teaching, healthcare, or related fields; higher education or recruitment experience preferred
• Minimum of 6-12 months of experience as an Associate Student Engagement Specialist may be considered
