Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Accounts Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial counseling and assist students with financial aid applications and inquiries
• Manage student accounts, including payments, collections, and refunds
• Collaborate with Enrollment Counselors and Admissions Department to support prospective students

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in student financial aid, student accounts, or related fields
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Commitment to the evangelical mission and purpose of the institution
• Ability to work flexible hours, including one late shift per week
