Job Summary

A company is looking for a Stock Administrator and Support Specialist - SaaS Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pooled support to stock plan service SaaS client administrators
• Respond to client support requests and document follow-up needs
• Create and update System User Guides and participate in product demonstrations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in equity compensation or client service roles in financial services
• Strong knowledge of equity compensation plans, including stock options and RSUs
• Technical proficiency, particularly with Excel
• CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation preferred
