Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Operations in Mortgage Lending.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
  • Oversee the mortgage underwriting process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in mortgage operations, including strong focus on underwriting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Previous experience as SVP of Operations or SVP of Underwriting at a mortgage lending institution
  • DE (Direct Endorsement) certification required
  • Proven leadership experience in a high-volume, consumer direct mortgage environment
