Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate Editor to manage editorial resources for Law Firm and Law Department subscribers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage editorial tasks, including drafting marketing emails and publishing legal updates
• Draft and update legal content to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Collaborate with team members and maintain relationships with external law firm contributors

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA accredited law school and a current license to practice law in at least one US state
• Three to five years of experience as a lawyer in a law firm or in-house setting
• Experience with commercial contracting or regulatory matters
• Familiarity with AI tools and resources
• Flexibility to support various tasks beyond writing legal resources
