State Licensed Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Center Design Execution Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the design process from campus planning to issuance of construction drawings
• Facilitate design reviews and coordinate design activities with procurement and construction
• Track project deliverables, cost, schedule, and provide health reporting on progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Professional licensure (PE, NCARB, RA, or equivalent) is strongly preferred
• Minimum 3 years of design project management experience required
• 7+ years of experience in design and/or construction project management preferred
• Strong experience in understanding design principles and practices
