Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director - Medicare Appeals.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily work on Part C appeals for both providers and members
• Supervise and support appeal nurses during the Second Look Review process
• Develop expertise in Medicare policy and provide ongoing education to staff

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a Health Care Delivery System
• Medical License (MD) or (DO)
• An active state medical license without encumbrances
• Board Certified in an ABMS or AOA Recognized Specialty
