Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams to support deal execution and manage contract-related risks
• Lead regulatory and compliance initiatives and provide legal support for corporate governance and operational needs

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar membership
• 4+ years of legal experience with a strong foundation in commercial contracts
• Prior in-house experience at a fast-paced AI or SaaS company is highly desirable
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Deep interest in AI is a strong plus
