Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Managing General Counsel, Regulatory & Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as lead legal counsel for healthcare regulatory matters and clinical initiatives
• Oversee regulatory attorneys and ensure compliance with healthcare laws
• Lead commercial contracting efforts and coordinate with outside counsel on complex legal matters

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing of a state bar
• 15 years of legal experience in regulatory and contracting matters, preferably in healthcare
• Experience in both law firm and in-house legal environments
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks and legal risk management
