Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Consultant to deliver personalized retirement planning consultations to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivates customer relationships by providing personalized service and addressing plan-related questions
• Educates customers on plan specifics and distribution options to retain current assets
• Manages inbound and outbound calls, resolving service requests and assisting customers in achieving their retirement goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• Success in performance/goal-oriented roles, ideally in asset growth and retention
• Current FINRA licenses or ability to obtain FINRA 7 & 63 registrations within established timelines
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in handling stressful situations and working with various customer needs
