Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, API.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems
• Build and maintain APIs primarily using Typescript/Node.js for AWS-based services
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure smooth feature releases and operational stability

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience, focusing on scalable APIs and microservices
• Proven ability to lead projects independently with minimal guidance
• Demonstrated experience in the full software development lifecycle, including deployment and iteration
• Extensive experience with testing methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
