A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join their LC Phone Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own architecture and scaling decisions for key Phone platform components
• Lead design and execution of initiatives to improve reliability, latency, and throughput across APIs and workflows
• Mentor and guide a team of engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience with a focus on fault-tolerant systems
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architectures
• Proven experience optimizing performance and reliability in high-scale platforms
• Strong experience with relational and NoSQL data models
• Familiarity with monitoring and root-cause analysis in production environments
